G-Ma and K-Baby!

I love Mom! When she came to visit, she was so helpful, productive and patient! I've always known that I have the best Mom, but having her teach me how to be a mom meant the world to me! I am thankful that she always centered our home around the Gospel and it's principles. Now, as a new mom, I see more clearly the importance of living each day based on the Lord's principles. How grateful I am for my Mother's example, hard work, self-determination, perfection and love!! I hope to be half as good as my Mother! I love you, Mom!
Isn't that blanket cute? Granny Morrison made it for Kavella!
Mom did a great job walking Choco--she even picked up after him!
Oh, this is a darling towel that Aunt Laura embroidered for Kavella! It has her name and two little feet on it!

The weather turned cooler, so we threw this little hat on her. She didn't seem to mind!

Obsessed Much?

Okay, so I am clearly obsessed with her! These are pictures of her first walk! I liked reading the comments from family and friends! Now, Shane, Ricky and Dad are tied for number of comments posted--one each! The ladies are definitely more into blogging than the gentlemen! Jenn mentioned sending Grant the link...can he view blogs? I was under the supposition that he could only email. Let me know!

Yes, that framed picture of Choco will soon be replaced...how hard it must be to be a canine!

Kavella and her sweet Aunt Deina!
Her cousin Cassidy!
The above picture is more about the sad look on Choco's face. Look closely--he blends into the couch!

Take a Guess...

Shocking! More pictures of our baby! Okay, so apparently, our blog has some sort of malfunction going on....I don't know what it is, nor do I know how to fix it! I realize you can't see these words, but the pictures are still intact, so here are some more! The one above is Kavella in her swing! Doesn't she look so cute as a teddy bear?! Getting dressed by her mother is never an easy going....

Look how she just listens to Grandma Roberts--she loves her and so do I!! Mom helped us so much when she came. She was always busy cleaning, cooking, baking, doing laundry and soothing Kavella! I am so thankful she could come, and I miss her terribly!

This outfit is from her Aunt Deina--I love the smocking! Her little smile shows that she agrees!
Now, what's that face all about!?
Thanks for the new bow, Granny Morrison! Granny is always giving her darling little accessories!

What a sweet Poppy! She loves her grandpops!

Daddy and Daughter!

This outfit was a hand-me-down from her cousin Amanda, and I think it is just darling!! It's one of my favorites!
Doing stretches with Grandma Roberts!

Her Aunt Erica gave her this cute onesie! She wears it all the time!

Whistling a Tune!

Ha, ha, ha! Kavella is always making this "whistling" face! I actually think she just wants a smooch, so I oblige! I could kiss her all day! Oh, and in case you were wondering, yes--our blog from here on out will consist of mostly K-baby pictures! I can't help myself! I love her so much!
Okay, these next pictures are some of my absolute FAVORITE!! In this first one, while she was on phototherapy lights, Kavella turned herself on her side and put her hands together--isn't that so cute?!
In the one below, you'll see how she is always sleeping; with her arms up! That's also how she entered the world--with one arm up! Dustin managed to capture a little smile!

Below, it's bath time!! Grandma Roberts showed me how to bathe her. Kavella loves her baths! She's a little water girl!

I wish she'd open up this big when she's eating....if you know what I mean!
I love my Mom! Kavella loved having her here, too!
I love this picture of her little toes. Dustin is holding them--sweet, huh?

Yes, yes, you can see her double chin well in this picture. I bet she'll love hers about as much as I've loved mine.

She loves having her head rubbed! Look at her "ahhhh" face! Ha, ha!

She turned herself on her side....again!
