Mostly Currbear.

So, I made Mom's chicken cordon bleu recipe (for the first time) for a Relief Society activity...it turns out, when a recipe says to 'cover with corn flakes,' you should crush them up first.  Another reason why I should live closer to my mother or sisters; I need all the help I can get!

Granny, Granny bo Banny!

Dude, Kavella can 'plank' on her side...or is that still considered planking? Either way, pure talent!

Yeahhhh, I think it's time to retire the bassinet.  With a head that big, he could topple over any second.

He's so proud of himself--rightfully so; learning to stand is a lot of work!

My beautiful little vampire baby...I mean, baby girl. xoxoxox

Hide child!  Good girl.

Goodbye old house...

Hello old, but new to us, house!

Ok, so when we first moved in, our house was still under major renovation/construction.  I had to corral Curren into this tiny square area so that he wouldn't swallow a screw, cut off an arm on a skill-saw or crush himself with a cabinet, ladder or whatever.  I like to think of it less as an animal pin and more like an extra large pack-n-play!

Crawling, crawling, crawling...smile.

Standing, balancing, gnawing...smile.

You know you wanna get in on that delectable, chubby cheek action!

Chewing, chewing, chewing...smile.

Curren's World

"Flip...flip..flipadelphia..." Guess that show.

I wonder what Curren's 'Cabbage Patch' name would be....

Aw, back when Kavella still got a pacifier when she slept!

Raaaarrr!  Tiger pose!

Cutest baby boy, ever!!

Dustin got a retro haircut recently that actually looks quite similar (on the side..above his ear) to Curren's.

Best friends...best.

Remember when going out to eat was relaxing, entertaining and enjoyable?  No offense, kids.  I used to do a lot of 'people watching,' but now I just watch other people stare at how loud and/or obnoxious our table gets throughout the meal.  Why are babysitters so expensive these days?!

I HAND washed dishes for SEVEN years.  SEVEN.  I was probably the least 'green' person in America--we used quite a few paper goods and, even then, I still had tons of dishes to wash each day!  For years, my knuckles/hands were in a permanent state of being dry, cracked and bloody.  Good thing I had my little snubblybub to help me wash!

Look at that cute quilt Nennerpoo made for Curren!  Well, that's actually the back of it, but I think the back is super cute, too!

Hat night!  We're nerds.
