Corban turned 2! For his birthday, the Odells invited us to go whale watching with them, which was a really enjoyable adventure...besides having to trek across the entire city of Newport Beach to get there. Summer parking is the worst!

Um, yeah, I thought I'd just spring this tick picture on you like that. First, you're just enjoying snubbly pictures of toddlers and sea life, then WHAM!! a disgusting, horrible excuse for an insect. Now you know how I felt when I was snuggling with Choco and came across this beauty. He picked up two of them when we went to visit Darci up in Sacramento. I HATE TICKS. HATE.

So, one day I was walking around Babies R Us when a Kiddie Kandids associate asked if I'd like a free photo of Kavella done. Yes, yes I would. Love.
TK Burger with Jana and Melody...okay, we use the excuse that we're going for our children, but who are we kidding? I'd venture to say that TK is my favorite burger joint.
