Well, Kavella's been climbing out of her crib since she was a year old. Usually, she just goes straight to knocking on her door, which indicates that she is in fact awake and ready to play (we have a doorknob lock, so she's unable to actually escape). Recently, however, she's started "exploring" her room before letting us know she's awake. On this particular day, she donned herself in a cozy beanie for her head and a pair of gloves for her feet--didn't notice the thumbs sticking out of her toes, did you? You've got to be more observant if you want to be a parent...jk. For her Dad's birthday, Kavella got to make him a hand-painted card! It started out well enough--a little paint here, a dab over here.....
....but, it quickly got out of control and onto her person. It was fun, though!

Oh my gosh! Adorable! First off, I love her little crossed legs in the first pic! Then she looks sooo snubble-bubble with her Daddy and in the bed of the truck! (And yeah get ready for that teen attitude, especially as Karma ;)) OK, the pic of her in her bedroom with the gloves on her feet and her little beanie on is soooo cute! And her big eyes and little mischievous smile is to die for! And to top it all off, the pic of her covered in paint is ridiculous! I love it! Soo cute!! Love that girl!
