Ha, ha, ha! So, I forgot to post these pictures with our last Vegas trip. Yeah, not so much normal, but at least a funny way to take care of business! I kept trying to bathe the babe in the sink, but I found it more than trying--what with her bum slipping all over the place, the dangerous counter edges and the enormous bottle of baby soap--I just didn't have enough hands! So....after tooling around in the wave pool, Colleen and I decided to just fill our jet bath and work together! IN OUR SWIMSUITS, of course!!

Boulder Mountain

While we were at the Ranch, we got to ride four-wheelers up Boulder Mountain. The first trip was led by Daren. He knows that mountain better than anyone! Since it was raining a bit, the trail was pure mud! What a BLAST it was sloshing up the mountain--we were totally muddy! He took us to two beautiful lakes and killer view spots...unfortunately, nobody had a camera, so we didn't document it. Dangit!

Anywho, the next day, Dust led us on another journey, which was equally as impressive! The trails were meant for four-wheelers only, so it was sketchy on some parts due to the extreme terrain. A great time was had by ALL!!

The Ranch!

So, I'm a bit behind on the posts due to the following facts:

1) I've been on vacation for a couple weeks.
2) Our internet connection was on vacation for a few days
3) Colleen got me set up with Facebook....yes, yes, I am now up-to-date with the rest of the world. There goes my days filled with mocking all FB users--unless I want to be a hypocrite.

Anywhooooo, for Memorial Day weekend, Dave and Eloise were the best and let us all (including Ricky, Colleen, Chris and Morgan) cruise up to the Ranch! Okay, so pretty much the sweetest place to escape reality! With ample air and room to breathe, it proved the perfect escape from California! They have this beautiful plot of land with horses, a creek, a log cabin and a garden! Inside the cabin, there are two kitchens, plenty of bedrooms and a room filled with entertainment--ping pong table, air hockey table, flatscreen t.v., etc. Outside of the cabin, our senses were tantilized with four-wheeling, hiking, fishing and off-roading! Daren (Dustin's brother) and April (with their family) live nearby. This is Kavella meeting her Uncle Daren for the first time! Daren thought she was really chunky! It was nice to spend a little time with them!
